| The Studio Room isn’t includes TV. and Refrigerator. But we have for rent is Baht 800 per month for T.V., Baht 500 per month for Refrigerator and Baht 300 per month for Bed Sheet. The Contract for Studio Room is at least 4 months (when check-in deposit 3 months). The Supamas Room (Two Bedroom and Living Room) The Contract for Supamas Room is at least 6 months (when check-in deposit 3 months).
